Privacy policy
Cyberiack collects as little data as possible, contains no advertising trackers or third-party analytics, and sets no tracking cookies. English translation provided for information; the French version is the binding one.

Data collected and purposes
- Newsletter (written in French): your email address, the date and text of your consent, the sign-up page. Purpose: sending you the newsletter. Legal basis: your consent, collected with double opt-in. Retention: until you unsubscribe.
- Contact form: name, email, message. Purpose: replying to your message. Legal basis: your consent, given by sending the form. Retention: three years after the last exchange.
- Server logs (IP address, pages requested), needed for the security of the website and for aggregated, anonymous traffic statistics (visits per day and per page, with no cookies or profiling). Log retention: fourteen days.
- Language choice: if you use the FR / EN button, your choice is stored in your browser (local storage) so the site opens in that language next time. It is never sent to our server.
Recipients and processors
Your data is neither sold nor shared. It is processed by the publisher and its technical processors, all located in the European Union: OVHcloud (hosting, France), Scaleway and IONOS (email delivery and the publisher’s mailbox, European Union).
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time (an unsubscribe link is included in every newsletter). To exercise your rights, use the contact form. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
Security
The website is served exclusively over HTTPS; data is stored on a server located in France, whose administration is protected by two-factor authentication.
