Editor
Frédéric LENQUETTE
A senior cybersecurity consultant at Orange Cyberdefense, Frédéric LENQUETTE previously worked as a CISO, consultant, penetration testing engineer and trainer. Based in the Aix-Marseille area, he founded Cyberiack to share verified, practical news on cybersecurity and AI.
Cyberiack is a personal, independent project: the analyses published reflect only the author’s views, not those of his employer.
The mission
Cyberiack decodes cybersecurity and artificial intelligence news, where the two worlds meet: new threats, exploited vulnerabilities, uses and risks of AI, regulatory changes. The goal is simple: keep you informed quickly and accurately, and tell you what to do. Cyberiack is written in French, from France; this English edition is translated by AI.
The method
Verified sources
Every piece of information is cross-checked against primary sources (vendors, CERT-FR, ANSSI, CISA…) and cited. What is confirmed is clearly distinguished from what is merely claimed.
AI + human expertise
AI-assisted monitoring scans the news several times a day. Articles are reviewed and approved by a human before publication, except those published automatically after fact-checking, which carry a distinct label.
Practical focus
No information without action: fixed versions, workarounds, indicators of compromise, the right reflexes. You know what to do when you finish reading.
A practitioner’s view
A reading of events informed by hands-on operational cybersecurity experience, beyond the press release.
How an article is made
- 01
Monitoring
Several times a day, AI-assisted monitoring scans reference sources and spots what is new.
- 02
Verification
A second AI model, independent of the first, cross-checks every fact against primary sources; unconfirmed claims are flagged as such.
- 03
Review
Frédéric LENQUETTE reviews, corrects, completes and decides whether to publish each article. Those the verification deems reliable may be published automatically, with a label saying so.
- 04
Publication
The article goes online with its sources, its alert level and a note on the method used.
Alert levels
- 5/5Major alert
- 4/5Priority
- 3/5Important
- 2/5Good to know
- 1/5Information
Each article is given a level from 1 to 5 based on its urgency and impact for French and European organizations.
Transparency about the use of AI
Artificial intelligence is used for monitoring and for writing the articles. Each one is checked by a second AI model, which verifies the facts against primary sources. Articles deemed reliable by this check may be published automatically: they then carry the “Automated publication” label and were not reviewed by a human before going online. The others are reviewed, corrected and approved by the editor before publication. The editor takes editorial responsibility for all content. The English edition is a machine translation of the French originals, which remain the reference version.
